Questions about the customer journey
Campaigns, creators, daily scans and what Verified means.
Who is Lumor for?
Beauty brands running social and creator campaigns, skincare and device brands, and spa and treatment businesses. Campaigns are our leading journey.
Does Lumor manage campaigns?
Lumor combines marketing support with scan technology. Agree on the scope of campaign planning and management with your brand.
What does Verified by Lumor Scan mean?
It means the follow-up is backed by skin metrics analysed through Lumor Scan. Skin analysis does not verify identity, rule out edited images or prove that a product caused a change.
Who takes the daily scans?
Creators and participating customers each return to scan during the agreed campaign plan. Daily scanning is initiated by the participant; automatic reminders are not included in this illustration.
What is available today?
Business-linked scans, campaign tracking links, personal recommendations, customer files, scan history and progress summaries. The demo uses fictional campaign data.
Does the demo perform real actions?
No. It does not open a camera, upload a photo, run analysis, save customer data, make a purchase or booking, or send messages. The real scan link opens separately.
What data can guide a campaign?
Traffic sources, completed scans, recommendations and return for follow-up can guide decisions. Purchase or booking measures require data from the system where the action occurred.
Are store and booking connections ready?
Requirements and available connections are reviewed during setup. This illustration does not confirm a ready integration.
How is personal data handled?
Processing, access and retention follow the existing privacy policy. The interactive journey uses fictional data only.
